The really short answer: If you get the -25307 error, you should
probably issue an error message and not store the secret. Read on
for why.
But it seems - if you're willing to go the extra mile - it would be
even better to display a dialog stating that the default keychain is
unavailable, and giving the user to option of storing the data in
another keychain (by listing all keychains in their default search
path), or cancelling, or retrying (e.g. in the USB dongle case
presented previously). Correct?
It is fine to do this if you're willing. It would actually be nice if
there was a canned UI facility for this. :-)
