Hi,

I'm trying to get a ACS ACR30S card reader (through usb-serial
adapter) to work with 10.4.7. There is a Linux PCSC driver for the
device, but none for OS X. From going through the PCSC.framework
source, I'm starting to think that (usb) serial devices are not even
supported because of the usb hotplug mechanism used...

Is it even possible to make a PCSC framework card reader driver for a
serial device?
