After reading through the CDSA and CSSM v2 with Corrigenda again, I read more closely in the Key Recovery section. Are we supposed to be specifically using CSSM_KR_CreateRecoveryEnablementContext / CSSM_KR_GenerateRecoveryFields for the use of CSSM_EncryptData / CSSM_DecryptData?

We’re not now, but I’d like to know whether we’ll run into problems eventually if this remains the case, and if so, when is it likely to make a difference.
