Auto Start FileMaker and open file?

Can anyone tell me how I can tell Filemaker to start and open a specific file? Like to do this one a regular interval via cron for example.

(the file is actually hosted on a filemaker server via fmnet) I want the client to keep this open as I have a remote script firing from another mac against this station for CTI and remote scripting can't open the application)
