As I look at the Filemaker 8 dictionary I see several cell and/or
field properites , lock,access and protection. They are all r/o. How
do any of these items ever get set or cleared through AS? What am I
missing here?
Those properties are determined by groups and permissions settings
within FMP and by field types. You don't want level one clerks
accessing your pay records just because they know some applescript do
you ;-)
