The Flash application will have to be permitted to run an AppleScript somehow and personally I would never permit that. But Flash probably has a way to at least attempt to execute a compiled binary UNIX executable or even a shell script. Once you do that there is the osascript tool which can compile and run an AppleScript that is a simple text file.
