For those of you who don't want to install Develper Tools, here's the location of the application "Property List Editor" on your Mac OS X Install DVD:

/Xcode Tools
/Packages
/DeveloperTools.pkg   (Show Package Contents)
/Contents
/Archive.pax.gz   (Double-click)
/Archive   (Appears on your desktop)
/Developer
/Applications
/Utilities
	Property List Editor
	Icon Composer
	icns browser

Look at plist and xml files with Property List Editor and with Smile or TextWrangler. You'll learn more in 10 minutes than you will by pointless discussion.
