So it seems your options are: 1) wait for an official iPhone release
on your network of choice (and those of us in the US who are not
Cingular customers are in the same boat), or 2) see what zero-day
hacks are made available.
Personally, between the network and the "what OS X functions will it
have" questions, I think that there are as many unanswered iPhone
questions today as there were yesterday.
