RE: Need some help...addition to applescript or suggestions

Does this include the opening when one fails?

Got the applescript part running for the QTB to continue broadcasting, but
would like to send email each time it goes down.

Basically:
Quicktime Broadcaster broadcasting--> it fails--> email sent--> restarts
broadcasting-->etc.

In that case, instead of using AppleScript, you want to use launchd, and to
make that process sane, use Lingon, (you can get it on Versiontracker). It's
designed to let you launch processes on login, (which is the easy part), but
also make sure they *stay* running.
