Absolutely

BTW, unless this class does other things apart from scripting support, it is better practice to handle these keys in the application delegate. 

Believe me, there's some good reasons why it ended up in my subclass of NSApplication instead of my application delegate. It had to do with the direct parameters for my commands - it's kinda backwards, but it's the appropriate way to make it work with the way my app works, unfortunately. AppleScript isn't a *perfect* fit for Sample Manager, but we're able to get along. Definitely considered it, though.
