In case anyone is interested, one difference in behavior is that
'ascr:gdut' is still sent first thing after RAEL but 'ascr:gsdf' is
not. I was actually expecting gsdf to be first (because that would
be the cue to install the sdef handlers of your app's frameworks
and bundles) and then fallback to gdut when not handled.
So if you don't respond to gdut, then it never sends gsdf?
