I have, I think, rather successfully, with the help of folks at the
Applescript Users list, overcome the iCal scripting dictionary and
created a small app that sends a list of To Do items to iCal.
My problems at this point relate to the ASS/xCode environment.
The application has a single window which is set to only minimize. I
don't want to create any other iterations of this listing window in the
application, so menu items are taken out. When I minimize the window, of
course, the document goes to the document side of the Dock and the
application goes into the Application side of the dock. I would like the
app just to minimize to one icon in the dock, not two. I suppose this is
standard behaviour for OSX - to which I am also fresh.
And how do I get the custom icon I created for the application to show
up in an xCaode build? The icon file is in the application as a Targets/
Bundle Resource. Is this just a Finder/Info copy/paste kind of thing?
