See my book for an explanation of the mechanism by which applet handlers are
called from another app. That's totally different from a handler being
"scriptable". The latter involves a dictionary etc., as my book also
explains.
>Is there an easy way to make a handler scriptable in an ASS app?
No, not "easy". Basically, you just do it exactly the same way you do it in
any Cocoa app. In fact, you do it by doing it as Cocoa, and then you have
the rather difficult problem of communicating from Cocoa to AppleScript. I
have an example that shows this, but it ain't for the faint of heart. m.
