More complex dialogs (similar to Dialog Director)

Hello,

I am a new convert to OS X (10.3.8) up from OS 9.2.2 and find that many
of my AppleScripts are now dead due to their reliance on the Dialog Director
applescript addition. I installed the AppleScript Studio suite in hope of
bringing back the functionality of multiple item dialogs (radio buttons, more
than one input field on a dialog, etc.) back through this Suite. My serious
disadvantage is that I have no programming background and was quickly
overwhelmed by the task before me.

Does anyone have suggestions on how to bring back to life the following code
in an appropriate OS X friendly set of code. Many thanks to anyone who can
help. Unfortunately, the English words for "Button" and "field" and "group" have
been replaced with cryptic code of "?Btn" and "?Frm" and "?RGr" when I tried
to get the code. I'm lost. Any help appreciated.
