Script not visible for selection from Info window of Interface Builder

Seem to have a problem with 1.5 version of developer tools. Scripts are not listed for selection within the AppleScript Palette of the Info window of Interface Builder version 2.4.2.

Context: OSX 10.3.8. Created new project in XCode using the "Applescript Application" template. Nil changes other than, from Interface Builder, I've added a button object to blank "MainMenu.nib" and checked the "Event Handlers/Action/Clicked" within the Applescript palette of the Info window.

Can someone please advise if I'm missing something or whether this is a bug?
