Dock Icon

Hi List,

I'm working on a ASS calculation app for children where the user gets simple mathematical problems (+,-,*,/).
The user can also decide which operator(s) he/she wants to practice via 4 checkboxes.

My app icon consists of a "+", a "-", a "x" and a "รท" and they are all black. However, I'd like to make the icon correspond with the user input, e.g. when the user only checks the "+" checkbox, then I'd like to make the "+" in the icon red instead of black.

I've found some documentation from Apple ( http://developer.apple.com/documentation/Carbon/Reference/Dock_Manager/ dockmngr_refchap/chapter_1.2_section_4.html ), but, since I'm just an ASS newbie and not familiar with Cocoa, this information doesn't make much sense to me.

Is there any other solution (a shell script or so) via AppleScript or can anybody provide me more information how to do this the Cocoa way.

Regards,
Jasper.
