Yes. And for anyone who knows about it to discuss it is illegal. In fact,
soliciting people to discuss it with you is probably illegal. So, take my
advice. Shut up. (This advice is meant in a nice way, of course. But seeing
how Apple has taken to behaving lately, and considering what they've said on
some of the other lists, I suggest you take it seriously.)

As Paul says, if you're that worried, buy yourself a membership so you
receive the beta seeds. Otherwise, you'll just have to suck it up like the
rest of us and wait until Tiger goes public. m.
