Re: Variables in loop

You're writing to the wrong list. This has nothing to do with AppleScript Studio - you should be writing to the AppleScript-Users list.

Actually I'm not. I know that the problem seemed to be a AS problem, but in Script Editor the code works

When you write to anyone, including a mailing list, it's pointless to say "it doesn't work". Report the error you're getting. What error are you getting?

The problem is I don't get any errors, because I predefined the variables in properties (when I run the aforementioned code, it just returns the predefined variables).

Include enough code to be meaningful, and explain what you expect to get.

My fault... I should have included the properties

Naturally, you'll get a "The variable variable1 is not defined" error if you don't define all the variable in the calling command before trying to run the script. Is that what you're getting?

No.

Note that you have to

     return listOfVariables

Thanks for your help. I indeed didn't return the variables.

Regards,
Jasper.
