Script Debugger not scriptable (was Re: ANNOUNCE: Script Debugger 4.0.3 - Intel Support)

Unlike previous versions Script Debugger 4 is not scriptable.

As the read me states:

>Scriptability - was removed due to a crashing AppleScript bug in Mac OS X 10.3,
will return when Apple fixes its bug;

This worked in 3.x but not in 4.x:

Tell application "Script Debugger"

RunMyHandler(2)

end tell

If the first script window had this handler:

RunMyHandler(param)
	beep param
end RunMyHandler

The handler should be invoked.

Can't figure out how to make this work in 4.x
