I did try to contact Monte's company via email. Now I'm on a
friggin' announce list from them. I figured I should wait until the
weekend is over before I call them, so I'm not quite as cross as
I'd otherwise be.
And thanks for the effort. Didn't mean to open a can of worms. I
just wanted him and the other offenders purged from the list. I've
received no reply from the post I sent to email@hidden
. OTOH, I think the last post I've received from said Babington is
dated September 21 (I may have deleted some directly on my server
before fetching the mail).
In general, we don't reply directly to messages to applescript-users-
owner. I did, however, disable Monte's list delivery; I'll be making
a point of keeping up with bogus auto-responders in the future.
