people by their full names instead of just first names as we had
been doing for years?
I apologize.
No need to apologize; I now understand that it's a cultural
difference. But wasn't just you who did it. Now that I think of it,
the other person who does it is also European. I just never
encountered it before on this--or any other--list.
It's my french habit to name people which I don't really know using
their full name.
Here, I am always surprised when people I don't know call me Yvan ;-)
