As one who has written to Mr. Koenig addressing him as Yvan, I feel
some slight
vindication on three counts. First, I'm 6 years older than he is,
second I retired
after 40 years as a Prof where I was usually addressed as Dr. Bell,
and third,
Canadians tend to be a bit informal in this regard.
I was about to reply saying guys had it easy, but I forgot about Dr.
for a second.
Still, it's less complicated for us.. :-P
