Thanks, Duane.

Duane also sent me privately a rather complex description of how to install
it. I'm afraid that would be somewhat limiting for users if distributing
scripts. (Also it would be nice to know where it came from.) After first
installing the .pkg, I can't find what was installed where. But new options
appear in the Printer Utility - there's a lot more to it.

I can post the instructions here if anyone is interested.
