I have to add one more, (actually more food for thought). Terry White of MacGroup Detroit and Scott Kelby of Photoshop User Magazine made a excellent Mac Trivia Game built around the theme of the Who Wants To be A Millionaire Game Show. Players were able to do 50/50, Ask the Audience, and Phone a friend (actually it was ask Scott Kelby via iChat AV).

Puts an interesting spin on the idea of a Trivia game.

Not sure if they will make it publicly available but it was done in Keynote and was very entertaining. Could be a good theme to build your Trivia Game around.
