I was really pleased to read the post to The MUG Center site (link
below) regarding the fact that the Apple Retail Stores (ARS), in a few
instances, have agreed to actually present to user groups. This seems
to be a clear change in policy from their history (for appropriate
reasons, IMHO, not nec to get into here) of no MUG involvement in an
official capacity.
While I understand that some groups have experienced a few frustrations
with ARS in the past, can anyone report on POSITIVE experiences and
cooperation with their local company store?
Happy holidays to all!
Regards,
Dan
