Interesting, George!
The one time we got in dutch with our ARS was because a MUG member , reportedly, chimed in on a conversation between an ARS sales associate and a potential customer. Our MuG member apparently had good technical knowledge and sought to help out the ARS clerk.
We had our knuckles rapped for doing that and have learned to be careful not to jump into a conversation when it is between store employee and customer, unless the ARS clerk speciically invites input.
