Another excellent utility is MaxBulkMailer by MaxProg.
I wrote an extensive review of it a few years ago and it has just
kept on improving since. It does allow for email to be personalised
and you can control how many it sends in each batch.
Also, I might as well use this as a timely reminder that any of the
