Multiple Actions in one project?

I started a project with a single action using the template. I would like, however, to add more actions to this single project - they share much of the same code. I've had no problem adding the new target, creating the correct plist, etc so it correctly builds the new action.

However, when it comes to the nib, I'm not sure what to do. It looks like Automator expects the file to be called "main.nib" and I can't find a way to change that. So I'm not sure how to include two separate nib files in the project? (They both want to go in English.lproj, but I really need two separate versions of the English.lproj)

I'm sure it's just inexperience here, but anybody point me in the right direction?
