For Responder.c in release 107.1 where the service file's first lines
contain a comment, then a blank line and then service entries the
parsing code chokes. eg:

# Foo Services
Foo
_http._tcp.
80
path=/
-----------------
You have to remove the comment or the blank line for the parse to
succeed.
