If you are still having troubles, let me know and I'll hash out compilation steps on OpenBSD for you (I'm a bit reluctant to as this is a quasi-production machine, i.e. not for my silly development) If it's not there, maybe there's a port that contains some of that std*h stuff that doesn't already exist.
