I think we have a bug about this (<rdar://problem/5551171> Help
search results: extra divider line at bottom of Help menu), but we
don't know what's happening yet. I suggest ignoring it for now.
Most likely, we'll find a fix in the OS that takes care of this
problem for all apps.
And Bryan did, in fact, find a fix for this, and we'll try to get it
into a future software update.
