Not that I disagree, but I'd like to point out that I did not even say
this. ALL I ever said in my original message was that Cocoa is able to
handle the tasks indicated by the original poster without a massive
rewrite as he fears. I made no comment whatsoever about the
suitability of Carbon for anything, which makes Philip's response all
the more puzzling.
