Answer: Just make binary universal.

Should I download mac os x 10.5 sdk set sdk to mac os x 10.5 or it will work with setting set to mac 10.4.uk

Answer: If you want to use Classes which are added to Cocoa & features which are added to obj-C 2.0 then only you will require 10.5 SDK otherwise 10.4 u SDK will work.
