Oh come on people, it's not that hard. Create a new Carbon C++ project, does

That approach might be useful in the period after a new OS or XCode version ships, because maybe the packaged install is hosed.


But at this point, in the absence of similar reports from other developers, it's easier and more efficient to just assume it's specific to the user's config, and get right down to the specific behavior he's seeing on his computer.

Odds are, it'll be obvious once we get some information.
