What do I need to do to get the Data Browser to do automatic cursor
tracking for the column headers - specifically the column resize
cursors?
SetAutomaticTrackDraggingEnabledForWindow(window, true) should cause
the proper event routing to just work.
That doesn't have any affect in the sample app, nor would I expect it
to given the description:
* SetAutomaticControlDragTrackingEnabledForWindow()
*
* Summary:
* Enables or disables the Control Manager's automatic drag tracking
* for a given window.
I'm in interested in cursor tracking support, as happens in the
Finder's list view windows.
