Font enumeration problem or Is it font problem?

Title: Font enumeration problem or Is it font problem?
Hello List,

We are using a TTF font file for drawing some of the mathematical symbols.  Our application enumerates for all the available fonts in the system during application startup.

Surprisingly,  this Font file (,which is used to draw maths) is not identified and enumerated.

FMCreateFontFamilyIterator (NULL, NULL, kFMGlobalIterationScope, &myFontFamilyIterator);

However, the font gets listed in the System Font Dialogs. The same font seems to be fine on Windows OS.

Can anyone guess the problem here?
