UnArchive(unzip) a File

I need to unarchive(unzip) a file programatically inside my c++ carbon app and then get the package I have
unarchived and launch the package I have unarchived or unzipped. Does anybody know of any OS calls,
appleevents or some way I can unarchive the file and then get back the location and name of what I have
unarchived such as an FSRef or FSSpec?? Any Help would be appreciated
