Well there is always the potential that return can be used to mean "return"
whereas enter can be used to mean "enter". ;)
Unfortunately that distinction is not often enough taken advantage of,
sometimes with the unfortunate result that a return can not be typed (even
though it might be useful to do so) because it has some other meaning (such
as selecting the default button in the dialog).
Though maybe by now there has become a standard (like command-return) which
is somewhat universally adhered to as a way of hitting return when return
means "enter"? I've seen this in some apps but I'm not aware of it being
universal yet. No doubt you'll correct me if I'm wrong.
