To balance the anti-metal opinions, I love the way everything in OS X looks, *especially* when compared to the current Fisher-Price Micro$oft OS. C'mon people. We've got it good here in Mac land, and the UI designers have done an incredible job.

The Fisher-Price OS can easily switch to very professional looking Silver theme or the dull but very functional Classic one. While this advanced OS does not allow any user selectable theme.

I have nothing against metal window. I only find Apple's first excuse of using metal funny. "Metal is for appliance like application". But it's everywhere. And the "unified" window title is only the latest to break the unified user experience.
