I was looking for text filtering ideas and happened onto this.
Where is kEventTextInputShouldChangeInRange defined or
documented? I can't find it in either the header files or ADC docs.

Hmm. I can't find it. My HIView.h is version
"HIToolbox-219.4.81~2". Is this the right one?
Yes. The name of the event is actually kEventTextShouldChangeInRange.
