OK, I did that, but it's not working yet. I have a bunch of controls (all based on PPx::View and hence HIView) that can accept a drag. I'm installing the handlers on each of those views, but the DragEnter handler never gets called. I tried adding another handler at the window level, but it doesn't get called either.

I believe you also need to call SetControlDragTrackingEnabled.
