I have included the functions as follows:
extern const OSSymbol *
gIOEthernetWakeOnLANFilterGroup;
enum {
kIOEthernetWakeOnMagicPacket = 0x00000001,
kIOEthernetWakeOnPacketAddressMatch = 0x00000002
};
Are these functions applicable for Wake On LAN i.e
switching the computer when the PC is shutdown but
power off.Sending magic packets.
I have found no sample code on the apple site
implementing these functions .I am not asking for the
code but a small algo as to how should I go about.And
how could anyone detect the Wake On LAN funda on Mac
OS X?
