However, reading the release notes, I'm hard pushed to see that there
are really any notable new features. The IDE is still the same old
same old, not the mythical Cocoa rewrite.
What I really care about is whether spending this $99 will simplify
the eventual conversion to XCode.
And what exactly does this mean:
"will allow all former Macintosh developers to update and archive
their Mach-O and CFM/ PEF projects."
