I am, mostly for fun, trying to list the true strengths of CG vs QD as well as false
strengths, where CG is not as superior as some seem to think.

I am looking for suggestions. Here are the points I have so far:

Transparency, anti-aliasing: Not really an issue, QuickDraw does them pretty well.
Loading pictures: Much easier in QuickDraw.
Transformations: Big strength of CG. With much effort you can add it to QuickDraw,
but I havn't seen it as reusable code.
Scaling of metadata: Significant advantage.
Transparent windows: AFAIK you can't do that with QuickDraw.
Splines: Pretty big issue IMHO.

Trying to draw a 1 point non-antialiased line. Filed a bug: -- "Works as expected". Sorry to be so forthright, but I think that's sub- standard.
