Or they can come from resource files generated by the IDE. But on the
end this resources will be parsed and the string will be set to the
carbon backend as a parameter to a method.
A hard-coded CFSTR[P]() isn't a string
set at run-time.
Indeed, CFSTR doesn't seam to be what I am looking for.
