Can those of us who cannot attend WWDC and ask in person please get a
definitive answer? In the WWDC 2006 keynote (31:20 in the web
stream), 64bit support for Carbon was announced. Has this changed or
is everything that was said at WWDC 06 and the Leopard Tech Talks
this year still valid?

Hi everyone,
If you were planning to use 64-bit Carbon for your Mac OS X
application, please send your feedback about its removal from
Leopard to the Frameworks evangelist, Deric Horn, email@hidden.
He reads this list, so he's probably seeing your messages already,
but you can go into more detail in private with him about your
specific business situation, the practical realities of whether you
can or can't move to Cocoa, your customer base, competitive
situation, etc.
