I assume that since iTunes is Carbon only (at least as indicated by
otool) it will remain 32 bit???? If iTunes has been announced as 64
bit then either Carbon will be 64 bit or iTunes is being rewritten....
I don't think there's any reason for iTunes to go 64-bit any time
soon. 64-bit, at least for now, is a niche and not really a concern
for most applications.
