ICLaunchURL opening PopUp windows

Subject: ICLaunchURL opening PopUp windows

My problem is not only to launch an html file, but also to position it to a tag.

So I build an URL , say : file:///Volumes/ MYSTUFF/MYSTUFF/.../theHTMLfile.htm#theTag

and call ICLaunchURL().

It opens the file in the current browser as expected but in a Pop-Up window, not in a regular window.

And it appears that Pop-Up windows no longer have a vertical slider even if the page is longer than the window.

( before Safari 3, popup had sliders. Sliders have disappeared from PopUp wins in Safari 3 and Safari3 does not scroll those windows with the mouse wheel !)

So, thre real question is : how to open and position an html file in a regular window?

Any idea welcome.
