I have no idea if it's the cause of your problem, but I'd stay away from
that API if I was you. It uses Pascal strings and should be considered
deprecated. Try using Launch Services or CFURL.
(Interestingly, nothing in InternetConfig.h is marked deprecated! I
wonder if IC will make it over to 64 bit. :) )
