As Eric said, NSMenu, NSMenuItem is implemented upon
Carbon Menu Manager, but since Menu Manager will not have
64-bit version, I'm curious that how do NSMenu stuff be able
to call these Menu Manager code in a 64-bit Cocoa app? Or
we can assume that NSMenu in Leopard simply don't depend
on Menu Manager?
